Welcome to our Refund Policy. Please read the following terms and conditions, which apply to all orders placed on our website.
1. ORDER ADJUSTMENT/CANCELLATION
1.1. We initiate order processing immediately for timely delivery. Once processed, certain details cannot be modified. Contact us within 6 hours of placing your order through Phone (SMS), Email, or Instant Message on our Social Media accounts for changes. You can modify the product variant and/or shipping address. Additional payment is required for increased order value. Failure to confirm within 48 hours will result in processing with the original information. If changes decrease the order value, the difference will be issued as a Gift Card.
Cancellation of some products may make your order ineligible for promotions.
1.2. Order Cancellation within 6 hours incurs a non-refundable payment fee.
1.3. Cancellation beyond 6 hours is not allowed. In the case of inaccurate or insufficient information hindering processing, we’ll notify you. Failure to respond within the specified time may lead to order cancellation, with a refund (if any) after deducting processing and shipping costs.
2. REPLACEMENT & REFUND
2.1. Replacement or refund conditions (if applicable):
Undelivered after 45-60 business days (Standard/Premium shipping) or 60-90 business days (Eco shipping).
Quality issues reported within 14 days of tracking information date.
2.2. Complaints should include:
Unboxing video
Photos of quality issues, damaged parts
Images of incorrect items
Photos of size label and item measured
Images of the original shipping label
2.3. After confirmation, we’ll process refund/replacement within 7 business days:
Replacement tracking number in 7-10 business days
Refund in 3-5 business days; timing depends on the payment provider.
3. DISCLAIMER
3.1. Provide requested information/documents; fraudulent activity may lead to account suspension. We may refuse support without sufficient information.
3.2. Not liable for loss or delivery failure due to recipient’s absence, incorrect address, package refusal, or post-delivery theft.
3.3. No responsibility for user error claims (wrong size, design, or color).
3.4. Bulky product packaging may have creases due to carrier standards. This is not a flaw; flatten the product for 3-5 days to prevent wrinkles.
